Client satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure this rule permeates everything we do at flavourbite foods because everything starts and ends with this one principle. With an internal standard operating procedure ensuring that our team is 100% involved in the production process from harvest level to product delivery, we ensure consistency and quality of all client’s products.

2. Packaging

The type and capacity of the Containers are individually adjusted to the client’s needs and target group’s consumer requirements. The most common available sizes are: 350gms, 500gms, 750gms & 1kg.

Industrial Size – 20 kgs & 50kgs in Drums.

Packaging Materials include a Clear plastic jar, PET1, HDPE, PP, and Glass. – It’s worth noting that each type of container we use has appropriate certificates and is approved for contact with food.

Our recommendation is to choose containers with additional protection such as seals or detachable foil. Aluminum Induction seals and other sealing inserts are also available. Lids are available in colors: red, navy blue, baby blue, and yellow.

It’s that easy! Our process is very simple and easy

Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

There is no minimum order quantity. This is a really easy and risk-free way of starting your line. Normally we recommend a load of 1 container to get the best possible freight cost. (approx. 30000 Bottles).

How it works ?

Here are the 6 steps we follow:

Step-1) Raise a Request

• We receive your request for your “private label”
• We will then provide you with information on our products, formats, minimum order quantities for each SKU, and the expected delivery time.
• The customer informs us of their specifications, type of product, packaging format, and other details important to them

Step-2) Sample Approval

• After receiving all the necessary information, samples are sent to the customer, along with product specifications and any other relevant information & artwork for approval

Step-3) Labeling / Logo

• When the products are approved, the customer must then send us the labels or logos and specifications of the products. (ARTWORK)
• Note that we can also help you make certain choices for your labeling

Step-4) Production

• Once the visual (labels) and product samples have been approved, the first production will take place. The production will be supervised by our production manager accompanied by qualified employees to ensure that the result meets the customer’s standards and respects the samples taken beforehand

Step-5) Traceability

• Our management and quality system guarantees perfect traceability of the final product, from the receipt of raw materials and packaging products at our premises, until delivery to our customers.

Step-6) Logistics

• We offer various delivery options to customers. However, customers can also arrange their pickup
